We’re Dana & Bryan, the wife and husband duo behind Cart & Things
When we were getting married in 2024, we wanted to have a candy bar but wanted to make it unique. I (Dana) am huge Harry Potter fan so my mind instantly went to the candy trolley from the Hogwarts Express.
I specifically had in mind that I wanted a cart with wheels and a roof so I can hang stuff from above. The traditional bar carts you find at Winners or online were cute but weren’t big enough and didn’t fit what I had pictured in my mind.
After talking to Bryan about what I wanted, I found exactly what I was looking for! A few weeks later, the cart with the wheels and roof arrived at my door and the vision in my head became a reality. Fast forward to our wedding and our Harry Potter inspired candy cart was ready to go and became a huge hit with our guests.
What started as wanting something unique for our wedding, turned into sharing it with others who also wanted something unique for their events. Since then, we’ve done countless baby showers, bridal showers, birthday parties, graduations, and even another wedding.
